A former employee mentioned, "Management here at John Bean is horrible. They lack motivation and have no sense of direction and knowledge of actual operations. John Bean cheats the customers in all aspects in regards to safety."

"Bad benefits, unsafe work environment and does not care about employees input, bad management, only cares about company and not employees. Cons: unsafe"

"poor management, lack of common sense. Man act like little teenage girls. The job itself is okay but the individuals are just horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cons: management, vacation, senseless rules."

"There is not structure in management, these people got their favorites and they got some management personnel doing their own thing. They do NOT CARE for your team at all. Cons: the entire RDU site"

"Work environment sucks. management would rather hire from outside the company instead of promote within, benefits are next too none and the company never knows what they are going to do next. Management was not helpful unless they were benefited. Your not given any sick days and the company will use your pto if you call in for a day leaving you 12 less hours of pto. no excuses for missing a day you automatically get a occurrence. company also never has the correct parts to repair issues, so most items are rigged up to work till they fail again. Cons: benefits, pto, management, not having correct parts to complete job at hand."
